Nadia Gymnastics club promotes an inclusive culture in which children with disabilities are welcomed, respected and valued in our mainstream classes.

Our GYMABLE classes are designed for children that have physical, psychological, intellectual, sensory or social needs that prevent them from participation in mainstream classes

The classes are designed to provide an enjoyable gymnastics experience

Basic gymnastic and movement activities that promote coordination, balance, gross and fine motor skills are presented in a safe and stimulating environment.

  • Activities are suited to the individual needs of the children.

  • Each child is engaged in Physical exercise appropriate to their ability.

  • Children have more space.

  • Children are given more time to process information. 

  • Alternative communication systems are used as required.

  • Sensory equipment is provided to meet sensory needs.

 There are 2 classes on offer; each is suited to different needs

Gym Pioneers - Sundays 12.40 - 1.30 pm. is designed for children who prefer a more structured approach and are able to follow an adapted programme independently. 

Gym Explorers

Sundays 1.30 - 2.15 pm. Children under 12 years of age

Sundays 2.15 - 3pm teenagers and young adults

These classes encourage exploration and movement indirectly. There are a variety of physically challenging and sensory activities to choose from. These classes are coach led with parents/carers providing support throughout the class.

Annual Membership begins on the 1 st of September and runs up to and including 31 st August – Cost €25.00 (Subsidised)

Class Fee - Pay as You Go €8.00 per class (Subsidised)

Gymable registration and membership is in paper form (not on line)

Special schools/special need units catered for - you can book a regular weekly slot year round/full term/half term or maybe just a mid-term treat or school tour.
