I introduced Gymnastic Classes in the schools of Ballina in 1980, I founded Nadia Gymnastics Club in 1985, I opened Nadia Gym in 1994 and I extended Nadia Gym in 2016. The club has flourished over the years and has been a meaningful part of many children’s lives. I am happy to be part of that and with the fantastic facility, expertise and opportunity available to the young people of our community. All young people are welcome to join our club and enjoy the wonderful world of Gymnastics

I remember hours of fun with my gym mates as we responded to the challenges of the sport. In time I became very passionate about the sport and took a more serious approach to training; working hard to achieve new skills and perfect them. I continued a dedicated training regime until I was 19 years old. I was the National Senior All Round Champion (Womens Artistic Gymnastics) in 2001 and 2003.
